The preparation stage of ESA Elite Global Pathway
ESA Elite is the first stage of ESA Elite Global Pathway.
It is a structured period of online learning and professional preparation, intended to give participants a firmer foundation before the European academy stage.
The current programme runs for approximately two months and includes 25 instructor-led online hours with Actumea, the French training provider responsible for delivering Stage I.

Preparation with a purpose
ESA Elite exists to prepare participants for what comes next.
The online stage gives them time to engage with the programme areas, deepen their understanding and become familiar with the professional context before they enter the European academy environment.
With a stronger foundation from the outset, participants are better placed to connect their online preparation with their later experience in Europe. That experience includes the concluding professional and legal orientation, for which the first stage also prepares them.
From ESA Elite to ESA Global Pathway
ESA Elite and ESA Global Pathway are two parts of one connected programme.

Once participants have successfully completed ESA Elite and met the applicable programme requirements, they move forward to the European stage.
There, the knowledge and preparation developed online become the basis for academy training, for the wider professional and cultural experience of Europe, and for the professional and legal orientation that concludes ESA Global Pathway.
